Efforts to enhance existing documentation whenever possible are highly encouraged.

Work hours are expected to be within QPC’s regular business hours though there may be occasions when the IT Analyst decides it is best to work on systems after hours such as maintenance activities. Those activities are expected to be able to be done remotely using QPC’s secure infrastructure.

Some sales and technical certifications will be necessary. It is expected that the study for those certifications be conducted during normal work hours. Any tests for exams are expected to be taken during normal work hours. Cost for exams will either be paid for by the company directly or reimbursed. Your job performance will be evaluated at 30, 60, 90, and 180 days with potential for compensation adjustments and growth opportunities.

QPC must bill clients for successful work performed. To ensure QPC can continue providing stable employment and ensure the company is compensated for all work performed, it is absolutely essential that all staff are fully compliant with our time entry standards daily.
